At Leaf, we believe that meatless cuisine does not have to be “tasteless” cuisine.  By using all natural ingredients that come from the harvest of our own farm, we craft culinary delights that will exceed your expectations of vegetarian food.

From Seed to Plate

Leaf, in partnership with our other restaurants of parent company, Boulder Creek Restaurant Group, shares in ownership of a local organic farm. At the 63rd Street Farm, our produce is grown organically and biodynamically, and we are able to be involved in the agricultural process every step of the way.  We are able to ensure the quality of our produce by working hand-in-hand with our farmers to determine which crops to plant and we carefully craft our menus to conincide with the natural harvest periods.  Watching our cuisine be nurtured from seed to plate is a unique and rare opportunity, and when you dine with us here at Leaf, or enjoy one of our catered events, you can be assured that your meal has had great care taken with every step.
